Charlotte knew how badly the pandemic affected the education of students, she became passionate about trying to help, so in June 2021 she joined forces with the Online Virtual Work Experience Platform, Springpod, where she interviews experts in their field, from Finance to Engineering, Medicine, Law and everything in between, for hundreds, sometimes thousands of students watching live who are deciding on their future careers and are seeking advice, insight and help.
